We recommend you watch our animated video on our investment castings process page, which will explain the process from start to finish. But, if you have any detailed questions, we will be happy to talk with you.

There are many steps to produce an investment casting and generally it takes 7 days to manufacture a raw casting. Having said that, there is a queue system and therefore it is the industry norm that customers wait between 4-6 weeks for parts from order placement.

This is generally subject to the complexity of the casting and what special processes it is subjected to. As a rule of thumb, we generally say 12 weeks from start of wax die to production sample submission.
However, some rapid prototype projects can take as little as 7 working days.
