We are looking for a Production Planner & Scheduler who will plan, monitor, and control production work orders and liaise closely with our Operations team to ensure all the products are delivered to our customers on time.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule production work orders using the production planning ERP tool
  • Prepare weekly and monthly shipment schedules and prioritize job orders for production optimization
  • Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite the flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectations
  • Complete status reports and data analysis to review and evaluate production progress, work in process, raw material inventory, and finished goods demand
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly production reports
  • Interact with the Operations team daily to follow up on the production progress and ensure the on-time delivery of parts to the customer
  • Achieve departmental KPIs and controls
  • Confer with Operation supervisors to determine the progress of work and completion dates; inventory levels, and solving production problems
  • Perform inventory management on work in progress and finished good stock every week and every month to maintain stock accuracy
  • Communicate with external vendors and ensure the parts are received on time for the next manufacturing process

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products; Strong Excel file skills is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, including good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities
  • Good decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience

  • Any graduate with a college degree
  • Experience in the field: Min. 2 years

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance of Building(s) and Machines
  • Ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems are functioning properly
  • Schedule and keep records of machine maintenance and preventive maintenance
  • Keep track of inventory on raw material needed for the maintaining of equipment or building
  • Execute industrial & construction projects which aid in Operations
  • Identify areas for process improvement, cost and waste reduction
  • Record and update cycle times for production parts
  • Work with outside contractors and provide work instructions as needed
  • Ensure fire and security systems are functioning properly
  • Assist IT department with IT needs
  • Communicate to purchasing any material requirements for maintaining the building or equipment
  • Source project items for operations to determine best fit both functionally and economically

Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of AM & PM scheduling of equipment’s
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products: Office, Excel & Power point
  • Product & Process Knowledge of investment casting or similar
  • Must have the ability to read work order instructions and carry out directions as necessary

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our rapidly growing company. The Quality Engineer will help us by creating & maintaining quality system documentations. The will also be vital in investigating and determining the root cause of non-conformance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain documents and procedures related to quality standards, risk analysis, lessons learned from product recalls, complaints, scrap, and rework, and retain documented information as evidence.
  • Create and maintain quality systems documentation, such as quality procedures, and work instructions
  • Utilize basic quality tools along with problem solving and lean manufacturing techniques in the support of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, CAPA program, promoting lessons learned process
  • Design and implement audits and control plans for products to ensure product quality targets are met
  • Monitor all manufacturing processes and assess product quality to determine adequacy, capability and ability to comply with customer specifications and company’s specifications
  • Maintain and monitor quality assurance KPIs and standards
  • Perform and ensure quality conformance through dimensional checks and metrology for all products (NPD & Regular production)
  • Perform process scrap analysis and present internal scrap reports
  • Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, lead completion of root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress and improvements
  • Interpret prints and measurement tools (GD&T).
  • Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analysing data to evaluate the current process and process changes. Executes statistical process controls for critical to quality (CTQ) characteristics
  • Responsible for PPAP document preparation for all new products and if necessary, for existing products due to design/process changes.
  • Assist suppliers to maintain 100% PPAP compliance for all pre-production and production builds
  • Supports the final inspection department which may include direct inspection, testing, documentation, and analysis to ensure quality and on-time delivery goals are achieved
  • Actively participates in the internal audit program to identify quality improvement/failure prevention opportunities, and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitor every manufacturing processes and assess product quality to determine adequacy, capability and ability to comply with customer specifications and company’s specifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Proficient in 8D Problem solving techniques, FMEA, CAPA, Fishbone Diagram, Root Cause analysis, CTQ, GD&T, SPC
  • Excellent communications skills – Verbal & Written

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager to join our rapidly growing company. The Quality Manager will help us create & maintain quality documentation procedure for inspections and processes. They will also be responsible for providing hands on support for quality work all the way down to the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

  • Fostering a culture of concern for Quality throughout the entire company
  • Create a cohesive Quality Team through mentoring, coaching, constructive performance feedback and formal/informal training.
  • Develop, review and maintain Quality documentation procedures for inspection, equipment’s and processes. Ensure all quality documents are accurate, complete and reflect the most up-to date regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day Quality activities, concerns and issues in compliance with standards.
  • Define and manage all Quality KPIs
  • Manage preventative methods of controlling Quality through SPC, Visual Management, problem solving and prevention techniques
  • Analyse Quality statistical data to determine present standards and establish Quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
  • Responsible for managing all in-house NDT (Non-destructive Testing) operations
  • Provides technical expertise and hands on support on Quality matters to Engineers, Inspectors and manufacturing personnel
  • Responsible for product quality issues, including customer complaints and feedback, production inspection procedures, final inspection, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations and Customer Service to successfully launch new programs by identifying and mitigating quality risks up front during PPAP and new product qualification process.
  • Responsible for handling customer communications and documentation for all PPAP related processes
  • Lead & manage testing and controls aimed at verifying product conformity, starting from incoming inspection on raw materials to final test on finished goods.
  • Responsible for process audits and identify areas of improvement to ensure RTFT (Right the First Time) goals are achieved.
  • Directly manage customer visits/audits and be the team leader for customer claims management and resolution.
  • Initiates and drives Quality Kaizen programs as a result of risk assessments that help meet and exceed the customer quality standards
  • Should liaise with external vendors, contractors, or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization’s quality standards.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • A working knowledge of international and market specific quality requirements. Including but not limited to:
    • ISO 9001-2015
    • ISO 13485 (Medical Device Certification)
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools
    • (Lean and/or 6 Sigma certification preferred)
  • Strong organizational & planning skills
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other standard computer applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of direct Quality experience including quality engineering, root cause evaluation, standards and procedural development, auditing, and training.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
