We are looking for a Production Planner & Scheduler who will plan, monitor and control production work orders and liaise closely with our Operations team to ensure all the products are delivered to our customer on-time.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products; Strong Excel file skills is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.

  • Experience in the field : Min. 2 years


  • Plan and schedule production work orders using production planning ERP tool.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly shipment schedules and prioritize job orders for production optimization.
  • Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
  • Complete status reports and data analysis to review and evaluate production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory and finished goods demand.
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly production reports
  • Interact with the Operations team on a daily basis to follow-up on the production progress and ensure the on-time delivery of parts to the customer.
  • Achieve departmental KPIs and controls.
  • Confer with Operation supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; inventory levels, and solving production problems.
  • Perform inventory management on work in-progress and finished good stock every week and every month to maintain stock accuracy
  • Communicate with external vendors and ensure the parts are received on-time for the next manufacturing process

Texmo Precision Castings is looking for Product Engineer to join our team. We are looking for recent graduates with a BS in Design Engineering (or similar degree) and 0-3+ years of experience.

Our Product Engineers work closely with the sales team and production on new product development projects.  This position provides an opportunity for a wide range of exposure with responsibilities in design, project management, customer communication, vendor development, and more – providing excellent exposure to several important skill sets.

In addition, our Product Engineers  work with representatives from Quality, Process Engineering, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Production personnel; as such, excellent interpersonal skills are required.


  • Must be authorized for full time employment in the US
