  • Knowledge in HR / IR.
  • Resident of Coimbatore or Pollachi or willing to relocate is preferable.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out all admin duties for the HR Department.
  • Work closely with the company’s current managers and team leads in order to ensure that the HR needs of the organization are met as per the strategic objectives.
  • Communicate clearly to all and the Managers and Team leads.
  • Provide Managers and Team Leads the administrative help that they require in an easy to understand format in a timely manner.
  • Research and provide advice were necessary the relevant information needed to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Ensure a fair treatment of all personnel.
  • Assist with the development, communication and job retention strategies of the organization to ensure that we develop people within the organization.

  • 1 Year Administrative Experience (Preferred)
  • 1 Year Microsoft Office Experience (Preferred)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process customer orders
  • Work with production department to define accurate shipping dates
  • Coordinate customer visits
  • Attend production meetings and provide status updates when necessary
  • Respond to customer questions or complaints
  • Submit documentation to customers
  • Track and expedite shipments
  • Monitor sales forecast against actuals
  • Assist sales team in various one off projects to assist in increasing sales
  • Receptionist duties
  • Invoicing
