THE SOLUTION

Texmo quickly developed a process using ceramic cores. Our in-house ceramic core manufacturing experience and facilities helped rapidly design and build a ceramic core.

We then built a process to utilise these complex cores in our investment casting process to manufacture good quality parts.

THE IMPACT

We delivered a fully functional component into production ahead of time, helping our customer bring their product to market,
with time to spare.

Our in-house facilities meant we helped our customer mitigate the traditionally high costs associated with using cores.
